Upgrading / Downgrading Your Membership
To upgrade or downgrade your membership, once you are a logged-in member of our website, regardless of whether you are or aren't a part of a membership level, visit our pricing page (Get Cyber Secured menu -> My Membership -> "View Our Plans / Upgrade") and click on the appropriate button for the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade into. Follow the prompts to pay and you'll change membership and see that, on your account page, you'll have your old membership (if any) labeled as "Cancelled" and your new one as "Active".
Alternatively, once you are a logged-in member of our website, regardless of whether you are or aren't a part of a membership level, just visit your account page (Get Cyber Secured menu -> My Membership -> My Account) and click the "Change" link on the far right of the "Your Membership" section. On this next page, you'll see the membership list come up. Click "Signup" for any of the membership levels you would like.
Any downgrades will take effect after the date of the end of your previous membership level subscription. Upgrades will upgrade immediately. On the membership list page, you'll be able to see where you stand with any old and new memberships you may still be a part of.
